The 6 Plakoura Villas each have 100 sqm of floor space, but they are individually designed.
The living room is always on the ground floor. Large double-glazed sliding doors open to the terrace.
There is air conditioning and satellite color TV sets with built-in DVD players.

The open-plan kitchen and the dining area with table and chairs attach to the living room.
Each of the 6 holiday villas has two bedrooms. One of them has a double bed, the other one is furnished with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has a large fitted wardrobe.
In the two-storey houses Villa Asteri, Villa Iremia and Villa Spiti there is one bedroom on the ground floor, and the other one is on the top floor.

On request, the convertible sofa in the living room makes the fifth accommodation.
|
All living rooms and all bedrooms have separate air conditioning units which can be switched to heating mode in wintertime or during chilly springtime or autumn nights.
Each villa has a bathroom with a bath tub and shower head. The floors and walls are from tesselated tiles.
In the two-storey houses Villa Asteri, Villa Iremia and Villa Spiti the bathrooms are upstairs, and downstairs they have additional guest toilets.
Single lever mixer taps are installed everywhere.

Water is heated in solar collectors, and there is auxiliary electric water heating.
In a separate niche in the doorway there is a washing machine. Iron and board as well as a hair dryer are also available. Babycots will be prepared on request without charge.
The final cleaning is included in the rental rate, and so is one intermediate cleaning per week. Change of sheets and towels is every 4 days.
